Fall 2026 Student Account Reminder

Review your student account regularly to monitor your balance, financial aid, and payment activity. Students are responsible for ensuring that an approved payment arrangement is in place by the applicable deadline.

You can satisfy your financial obligation by:

• Paying your balance in full, or
• Enrolling in an approved payment plan, or
• Having confirmed financial aid, scholarships, third-party assistance, or another approved payment source sufficient to cover your balance.

Important Financial Aid Reminder: Students should regularly monitor their financial aid and student account for updates. Changes to enrollment or financial aid may affect the amount of aid available to cover your balance.

*Tuition and mandatory fees are subject to change. Course fees and payment policies are administered by the Office of Administration & Finance. Learn more about Chicago State University's Cost of Attendance here.

Registration Holds

Students with an outstanding balance greater than $1,500 are subject to a financial hold that prevents registration for future coursework.

Students should resolve outstanding balances or establish an approved payment arrangement as early as possible to avoid registration delays.
